Dr. Paul LaBreche, Owasso & Tulsa Physical Therapist and Chiropractor, is the only dual-licensed chiropractor and physical therapist to the Tulsa area. He earned his physical therapy degree (highest honors) from the University of Wisconsin and chiropractic degree (salutatorian/highest honors) from Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, Texas.

Dr. LaBreche has over 20 year of experience providing care to patients in all stages of the injury and healing process. From the acute, hospital-based care to the outpatient orthopedic, neurological and cardiovascular/pulmonary rehabilitation, his extensive background has allowed him to gain working experience that very few therapists in the field have encountered. With his comprehensive background working with very medically complex patients, his experiences place the clients’ health in excellent hands.

He has had the privilege of participating in patient care at a multitude of facilities and settings:

• Baylor University Medical Center
  • Lead Therapist for heart and lung critical care team with emphasis on the left vetricular assist device (LVAD), transplants (heart and lung) and lung reduction procedures (LVRS).
• The University of Wisconsin, Baylor Institute of Rehabilitation, and Froedtert Hospital/Medical College of Wisconsin – In-patient Rehabilitation Therapist for TBI, spine and neurological degenerative processes.
• Veteran’s Affairs – Staff therapist and chiropractor; serving veterans and assisting them with their spine and other orthopedic-related dysfunctions in both out-patient and in-patient settings.
• Large outpatient clinics in Texas, Wisconsin, North Carolina and Washington – industrial rehabilitation director for program development and rehabilitation
• University of Wisconsin, University of Washington and Duke University – High-level athletic performance, training and rehabilitation.

In his free time, Dr. LaBreche enjoys spending time with his family, renovating his 1920’s mid-town home and being outdoors.
