Dr. Aldridge’s mission is to provide individualized care to help his patients meet their personal goals. He has specialized training in assessing and treating acute and chronic injuries, and designing rehabilitation, strength, and conditioning programs. He has post-graduate work with cold laser therapy, applied kinesiology, Graston technique, extremity manipulation, and nutrition.

He provides a multifaceted approach to treating patients based upon their specific needs. His aim is to treat both the muscular component and the skeletal component simultaneously, as the muscles are responsible for the movement of the skeletal system. This treatment approach is what separates Elite Performance & Rehabilitation from the traditional chiropractic offices.

In his free time, Dr. Aldridge enjoys participating in athletic events and staying physically fit. He enjoys watching college or professional football and baseball games. He spends his weekends with friends and family and during the summer enjoys being out on the lake.
