Our Owasso location can be reached via Highway 169. Exit onto 96th Street and head east toward 129th Street. At the intersection of 96th Street and 129th, turn north, going toward St. John’s Hospital. Go north 1/2 mile and turn onto the second street on the left, 101st Place North. Our building is the last one on the left of Owasso Medical Park.

Our Tulsa office is located in mid-town just north of Cherry Street. Our building is at the southeast corner near the on-ramp for the Broken Arrow Expressway. It is located on the east side of Utica Street between 14th Street and 15th Street.
